Connect your brand
Enter your domain. MeetingBrand pulls the logo, colors and imagery, then rebuilds every background around them.
Sign & logo
Lifts any solid backdrop behind the logo so the mark sits directly on the wall.

AI scene generation
Paste a Google AI Studio key and Generate creates brand-new rooms with Gemini. The key lives in this page's memory only and is sent only to Google.

Ready-made looks
Realistic only. Engine order: the local AI engine on this Mac (ComfyUI · Z-Image Turbo, free, about 3 minutes per room) whenever it is online; otherwise Gemini with a key (Brand tab); otherwise realistic remixes from the photo library.
Fine-tune the look
Glued to the wall: snaps between walls in corner rooms and never touches the ceiling. Auto returns to the scene anchor.

You
The signed-in person is the first employee — the name bar and every preview use it.
Add a person
A name or an e-mail is enough. The e-mail lets the Agent and the extension find them.
Many people? Download the CSV template, fill it in, and upload it — or upload your Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoom user export as it is.

Push to Teams and Meet
Teams — IT installs the MeetingBrand Agent once (Intune or Jamf) and MeetingBrand pushes from then on: the background lands in each person’s Teams gallery — the tile appears after Teams restarts, the person picks it once, and every later change is silent. Google Meet — IT force-installs the MeetingBrand extension once (Google Admin console) and it composites the background into the camera stream by itself — nothing to pick; every later change is silent (the person can switch it off in the extension popup, and that is reported here).
—Intune platform script (Windows PowerShell) — run using the logged-on credentials, 64-bit; the key and the sha256 pins are baked in
Jamf / macOS shell script — run as the console user (Jamf policy or Intune shell script); the key and the sha256 pin are baked in
Google Meet — the MeetingBrand extension
—Policy for extensions (managed configuration) — the org key is baked in; keep the {"Value": …} shape
The agent matches each device to a person by the signed-in e-mail (or the EmployeeEmail parameter in the script); a per-employee personal link is not part of this build. Teams must be fully quit and relaunched before the tile appears; only a Teams Premium customization policy can force a background — the agent never claims to.
