Zoom backgrounds

Zoom background with logo, name and title

To use a Zoom background with your logo, upload a 1920×1080 image that contains the logo once under Zoom Settings → Video & effects → Virtual backgrounds; Zoom remembers it. MeetingBrand creates that branded Zoom background from your company website — your logo as a real sign in one of 22 office rooms, with an optional name bar — and exports it as a PNG for every employee.

MeetingBrand creates branded Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom backgrounds from a company's website: it fetches the logo and brand colors, mounts the logo as a physical sign in one of 22 realistic office rooms and exports each background as a 1920×1080 PNG. Delivery is built in for Microsoft Teams via the MeetingBrand Agent, Google Meet via the MeetingBrand Chrome extension; Zoom and directory sync are coming. It is free during early access.

Create a Zoom background with your logo — without a designer

MeetingBrand starts from your domain: sign up with your work email and it fetches your public logo and brand colors, then renders 3 starter backgrounds automatically. From there you choose among 22 office rooms and 14 sign treatments, so the logo appears as brass letters, an oak sign, a backlit plate or LED signage on the wall instead of floating over a flat color.

The optional name bar adds each employee's name, title, department and company to the downloaded background, which makes a corporate Zoom background double as an introduction in sales and recruiting calls.

A corporate Zoom background for the whole team

Add your people by CSV (name, email, title, department) and MeetingBrand prepares a personal 1920×1080 PNG for each of them. Today each person downloads the file and sets it once in Zoom. Zoom account admins can additionally turn on "Require users to always use virtual background" so the branded image stays on.

Zoom shows your own video mirrored by default, so your logo can look reversed to you; the other participants see it the right way round.

How to make it — step by step

  1. Create your brand. Open meetingbrand.com/app/ and sign up with your work email. MeetingBrand fetches your company's public logo and brand colors from that domain and renders 3 starter backgrounds (Concrete corner loft, Brick creative loft, Navy executive study). With a personal email, type your website instead, or upload a logo.
  2. Pick the room and the sign. Choose from 22 office rooms and 14 sign treatments — brass, oak, backlit, LED, glass and more — and turn on the optional name bar with each person's name, title, department and company.
  3. Download the 1920×1080 PNG. Download the background for yourself, or add your team by CSV and download each person's background with their own name bar.
  4. Set it once in Zoom. Open Zoom Settings → Video & effects → Virtual backgrounds, add the PNG and select it. Zoom remembers it for the next meetings.
