What "delivered" means on each platform
No meeting platform lets a third party switch a person's active background by API — so we tell you exactly what happens where.
Zoom
Uploaded straight into each employee's own background library through Zoom's API. They pick it once and it stays; admins can require a branded background for the whole account.
Microsoft Teams
Placed in the Teams background gallery on Windows and Mac through your IT tools (Intune, Jamf) or our lightweight agent. Teams Premium tenants can set it as the required background.
Google Meet
Published to the Meet gallery for every department from the Admin console, plus a Chrome extension that applies the background automatically for managed browsers.
